HELP !!!!
I just found this behind the backing of another piece of artwork. Overall size is 10 1/4" x 13 1/8". Bottom edce is slightly ragged as in a torn out portfolio page. Date is 2/14/56. Top left photo is the signed and dated side and top right photo is the flip side. Has the water stain in lower left corner as shown and the 2 tape marks on the back side. Piece is otherwise perfect. Appears to have been in the found location for some time. Also appears to be an original watercolor. Any help with this one is appreciated. Glad to answer any questions. Email me at info@eyeoftheraven.com
Thanks,
Mike
Posted information from an art dealer -" Also, the work "Unknown 2" on your page by other artists is a lithograph by Picasso (that was printed in a very large edition) and the colored abstract is part of a Joan Miro lithograph. " |
